Privacy policy
What we collect when you buy from Lunwick.shop, why we collect it, who else sees it, and how to get it back or get rid of it.
Who is responsible
Prime Appliances ("we", "us") operates Lunwick.shop. For data protection purposes we are the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect

| Name, delivery and billing address, email, phone | To take the order, deliver it, and reach you if something goes wrong. A phone number is required by the pallet carriers, who book a slot by calling. |
| Order history | To handle returns, warranty questions and refunds without asking you to prove what you bought. |
| Payment confirmation | To know the order is paid. We never see your full card number — it goes straight to the payment processor. |
| Pages viewed, device and approximate location | To keep the shop working and see which listings are unclear. This is the part you can turn off in the cookie banner. |
| Emails you send us | To answer them, and to remember the conversation if you write again. |
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anybody else's advertising.
- We do not add you to a marketing list because you bought something. You are on it only if you asked to be, and one click removes you.
- We do not store card numbers anywhere in our systems.
Our legal basis
- Performing a contract — the name, address and email needed to deliver what you bought.
- Legal obligation — keeping transaction records for the period tax law requires.
- Legitimate interests — fraud prevention, and understanding which pages fail so we can fix them.
- Consent — marketing email and non-essential cookies, and only those. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who else sees it

Each of them is contractually bound to use it only for that purpose. Nobody gets a copy for their own use, and there is no arrangement under which anyone pays us for it.
How long we keep it
- Order records: six years, which is the period tax law requires.
- Marketing consent: until you withdraw it, then a record that you did so, to make sure we do not email you again.
- Support email: three years, so a warranty question two years later has context.
- Analytics: 14 months, then it is aggregated.
International transfers
Shopify and some of our providers process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, which is the transfer mechanism UK GDPR provides for.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of what we hold;
- correct anything wrong;
- delete it, where we are not required to keep it;
- stop using it for a given purpose, or restrict how we use it;
- send it to you or another provider in a portable format.
Email support@Lunwick.shop with what you want. We reply within one month, free of charge, and we do not ask you to explain why.
Complaints
If you think we have handled your personal data badly, please tell us first — most things are a misunderstanding we can fix the same day. If we cannot put it right, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator, at https://ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. You do not need our permission and it costs nothing.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the basket and the checkout working and cannot be turned off — without them the shop does not function. Everything else, including analytics, is off until you accept it in the banner, and you can change your mind at any time.
Children
The shop is not aimed at under-18s and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think we have, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will say so here and update the date at the top. We will not change it quietly.
