Lunwick is a trading name of Raminder Gosal, a sole trader based in Smethwick, England ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for personal information collected through lunwick.shop. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under UK data protection law.

  • Order details and your purchase history.

Payments are processed by Stripe through Shopify's checkout. We do not see or store your full card details.

  • To take, process, dispatch and deliver your orders.

  • To keep our website secure and prevent fraud.
  • To send marketing emails, only if you have given us your consent.
  • To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store, including Shopify, Stripe, delivery carriers, and analytics or advertising providers (the last only if you accept those cookies).

International transfers

  • Order records: generally about six years, for tax and accounting purposes.
  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe.
