Refund policy

Lunwick is a trading name of Raminder Gosal, a sole trader based in Smethwick, England. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

30-day returns

You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for any reason. This is longer than the 14-day legal minimum. Items should be unused, complete, and ideally in their original packaging.

How to return an item

  1. Email contact@lunwick.shop with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason.
  2. We will reply within 1–2 working days with return instructions.
  3. Post the item back using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return postage

  • Change-of-mind returns: you pay the return postage.
  • Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: we refund reasonable return postage when you send us your postage receipt.

Refunds

Refunds are paid to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return. Your bank or card provider may take a further 3–5 working days to show the refund. Because delivery is free, no delivery charge is refunded.

Faulty items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • Within 30 days of delivery, you can reject a faulty item for a full refund.
  • Within 6 months, you can ask for a repair or replacement, or a refund or price reduction if that fails.
  • After 6 months, you may still have remedies, but you may need to show the fault was present at delivery.

To report a fault, email us your order number and photos of the problem.

Condition of returned items

If a change-of-mind return arrives used, damaged or with parts missing, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value. This does not apply to faulty or incorrect items.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Restocking fees

We do not charge restocking fees.
