1. Who we are

Lunwick is a trading name of Raminder Gosal, a sole trader based in Smethwick, England. Our address is 73 Messenger Rd, Smethwick, B66 3DU, United Kingdom. We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to our prices, which are in GBP (£). By placing an order on lunwick.shop you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over to place an order. We deliver only within the United Kingdom.

3. Products

Product pages list materials, dimensions and other key details. Colours may vary slightly from the images on your screen. Please read each product description and any included instructions before use.

4. Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe through Shopify's checkout and are taken when you place your order. If a payment is declined, no order is created and you are not charged.

5. Pricing errors

If a price is obviously wrong, we will contact you before dispatch. You can then choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

6. Your contract with us

Your contract with us is formed when we email you a dispatch confirmation. We may cancel an order before dispatch because of stock, pricing or payment verification problems, in which case you receive a full refund.

7. Delivery

Standard UK delivery is free. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment.

8. Cancellations and returns

You have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. We also offer a 30-day return window for any reason. Details, including return postage, are in our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you can reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Within 6 months, you can request a repair or replacement, or a refund or price reduction if that fails. Report faults to contact@lunwick.shop with photos and your order number.

10. Our liability

We are liable for foreseeable losses caused by our breach of these terms. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If a significant delay occurs, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

12. Use of the website

You must not misuse this website. You must not copy or reproduce its content, including text, images and branding, without our written permission.

13. Privacy

How we use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
